Therapeutic Integrated Massage offers many benefits; including deep relaxation, pain relief, revitalized energy and more. It is a combination of traditional western massage such as Swedish, deep tissue and myofascial techniques; as well as traditional Eastern bodywork such as Qigong Meridian Therapy, Reflexology, Bamboo, Tuning Forks or Thai Massage stretches. It may include the use of essential oils.

Anna Winkler, NJ LMT, TYT, AyurLC & E-RYT 500

Anna is the director of Shakti Yoga & living arts (since June 2005, formerly the Yoga Room in Millburn from 2001). She is also a NJ Licensed Massage Therapist (application submitted), Thai Yoga Therapist, Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant and Experienced 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

Anna has been practicting Thai Yoga Bodywork since 2001. She is a certified Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda's first graduating class of 2006. Anna has been working with Young Living Essential Oils since 2007 and has been practicing Raindrop Technique since 2008.

Anna has recently begun practicing Therapeutic Integrated Massage as well. She graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Training Center in Westfield, NJ in June 2014 and has subbmtted all requirements for her NJ State Massage License.

Anna has been teaching yoga since 1989, when was certified with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, where she was a volunteer staff member for 6 years. She has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga since 2002 and Iyengar Ispired Alignment Yoga since 2007.

Debra is a licensed Massage Therapist in both NY and NJ with over 500 hours of training with foot, hand, ear and face reflexology. She is certified in pre-natal and post-natal massages. As well as being a massage therapist  she is also a Qigong practitioner and offers Qigong Meridian Therapy (special hands-on meridians stimulating “Qi”) and Medical Qigong (not hands-on;“Qi” for healing.)

Debra’s Therapeutic Integrated Massages are a combination of Western massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial as well as Eastern techniques of Qigong Meridian therapy, acupressure and reflexology. She uses high quality massage oil and may or may not use essential oils.

She also teaches Qigong classes: The Dragon’s Way, Wuming for Breast Health and teaches reflexology classes in NY and NJ for certification.
