Anna Winkler, CYT, TYT

Anna has been studying, practicing and teaching yoga since 1989, in all of its various aspects. She is certified in both basic and advanced yoga teaching through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, where she was a volunteer staff member for 6 years.
Anna has been practicting Thai Yoga Therapy since 2001. She was certified with Saul David Raye in CA. She has also studied with Laura Rupp at TMTC in Westfield, NJ and Rose Griscom in Southern NJ.
Anna is a certified Ayurvedic Consultant from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda's first graduating class of June, 2006.
Anna has been working with Young Living Essential Oils since 2006 and has been practicing Raindrop Technique since 2007. She is currently studying for her Clinical Aromatherapy Certification with ISHA - Institute of Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy.

Carol Flamm Reingold, CMT
Carol is a Registered Polarity Practitioner and a Licensed Massage Therapist in NY State. She has taken advanced training in Craniosacral Balancing with the Ultrasonic Care Group of New York City and with the Upledger Institute. Carol studied advanced anatomy, Swedish Massage and Shiatsu at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in New Jersey. She has been practicing since 2000 in NYC and NJ.
A long-time explorer of the body-mind connection through bodywork, music, and movement, Carol studied Sensory Awareness with Betty Keane in 1975. In addition, she studied Iyengar and Hatha yoga and completed extensive work with Alan Seale on chakra awareness and intuitive development.
Carol's focus in mind/bodywork healing is to integrate thoughts, emotional and spiritual feelings, and body sensation. Carol seeks to create the safety needed to deeply experience and express the stories of the heart, mind and body. Through the act of listening with heart and hands to anything from back pain to past emotional trauma, she facilitates healing and a freer expression of life.

Carrie Day, CCSE
Carrie is a Certified Clinical Somatic Educator in the tradition of Thomas Hanna. She completed the three year certification program at Somatic System Institute in Northampton, MA. She has been studying and practicing dance, yoga, and movement awareness techniques for the past 25 years. She received a BFA in modern dance performance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and then moved to New York to pursue a professional dance career.
Working in physically demanding fields, Carrie began recognizing painful muscular patterns in her body, and wondered how to relieve and even reverse these patterns. In 2004, she discovered Clinical Somatic Education and became fascinated with the blend of body awareness, education, and depth of science required for study. She continues to take anatomy and science classes to add to her depth of understanding. Carrie hopes to help people realize their own potential to be self-correcting, and encourages an excitement in taking responsibility for our own health and lives.

Debra is a WuMing QiGong practitioner and QiGong Meridian Therapist (QMT) who has been practicing since 1995.
She is continually expanding her knowledge of Qi/vital energy and its healing potential.
WuMing QiGong is focused on opening the heart and through an open heart we are able to connect to the loving energies of the Universe.

Gena Rho-Smith began practicing Yoga in 1998 after a professional career as a modern dancer, most notably as a member of the Trisha Brown Company where she performed and taught internationally. Gena has studied Alexander Technique and corrective approaches to dance throughout her career. She brings this knowledge of alignment and body mechanics to the practice of Yoga and Thai Yoga Bodywork. She is a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork Practioner with Jonas Westring.

Jutta Gassner-Snyder, L.Ac, MSOM
Diplomat of Oriental Medicine, National Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine
Jutta is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which treats the body, mind and spirit collectively, utilizing the healing modalities of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Cupping, Moxabustion, and Life Style Counseling including Chinese Nutrition and exercise.
Jutta received her Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, and has additional training at St.Vincent's Hospital in NY, as well as the Zhejiang University in China. She holds national certifications in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology, and participates in ongoing health education programs. Jutta is also affiliated with Morristown Memorial Hospital, as well as Overlook Hospital's Mind Body Center, practicing TCM and providing lectures on various health topics.
Jutta focuses primarily on women’s health issues such as menstruation, fertility, pregnancy support, breastmilk production, menopause, headaches, and osteopathic issues including sciatica, back and neck pain.

Lynda J. Rountree, LMT, CA
Lynda has been working with essential oils and massaging since 1996. She is licensed by the State of New Mexico and the state of New Jersey, as well as Nationally Certified. Lynda received a certification for Aromatherapy from the Healing Garden in California. She was certified in Pre/Post Natal Massage from the Institute for Therapuetic Massage here in New Jersey.
Lynda also teaches a worksop with Gayle Lemke entitled "Moving through Labor," sharing massage techniques with expecting couples.

Madalina Blanton

Madalina is a Reiki Master and an Integrative Health Counselor who brings gentle care, compassion and deep attention to her work and her clients. Through her personal healing journey, Madalina learned that lasting transformation happens when we bring awareness to all aspects of our being and fully engage our soul energy. In her work, Madalina’s goal is to help people reawaken their own source of creativity, expanded energy and ultimately their well-being. She uses aromatherapy and crystals to enhance the energy flow during sessions, as well as chakra balancing techniques. Martha Peterson, CHSE, CMT

Martha is a Certified Massage Therapist with over 16 years of experience. She graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Oakland, CA in 1987, receiving her certification as a Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Educator.
Martha is also the tri-state area’s first Certified Hanna Somatic Educator, having finished a three year training at the Somatic Systems Institute in Northampton, MA. She gives private sessions and holds group Somatic exercise classes in her office at Shakti Yoga and Living Arts. She helps her clients learn to eliminate patterns of chronic pain and muscular dysfunction, such as scoliosis, TMJ, back, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica and fibromyalgia. Hanna Somatics is appropriate and safe for people of all ages, including pregnant women and those recovering from traumas, surgeries, and injuries.
In her Therapeutic Massage practice, Martha combines an eclectic mix of modalities
(Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy)
into each session, focusing on the individual needs of the client. In addition, Martha is a traditional Reiki Master, using Reiki in every session to balance energy where needed.
